The Booking Process – How it Works?
We have tried to make the process as simple as possible, here’s a step by step guide;
- Select the vehicle that you are interested in hiring, or search available dates to check availability,
- Select the dates that you’d like to book (3 nights minimum, 5 nights during peak holidays),
- Select any optional extra’s,
- Click Book Now,
- Check your booking dates and details and then click Checkout,
- We provide a number of payment methods;
- Complete your personal details. Pay Now using Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WooCommerce using Credit/Debit Card, Banks Transfer (preferable) or Paypal (either with or without Paypal account).
- 25% Deposit required if booking more than 28days before hire date, otherwise full payment.
- We check your booking and confirm booking.
- We will send a reminder email for final payment approximately 6 weeks before the hire date.
- You will need provide a copy of your driving licence and 2 forms of ID, (e.g. Utility Bill, Banks Statement, Council Tax, Internet, Landline Phone, HMRC Documents, Mobile phone bills) insurance documents are not accepted.
- Additionally we need to provide a vehicle licence check 1 week before hire, please provide Vehicle Licence Check code from the DVLA website; https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
- Arrive at the agreed time/date (between 4-6pm unless agreed otherwise), bring your Driving Licence and Credit Card for Security Deposit (£1000 standard, contact us if you have more than 5 points on your licence)
- We will provide a ~30minute run through of the van (instruction included in the campervan).
- Drive off and enjoy your holiday / adventure.
- Return the campervan at agreed time/date (between 9-11am unless agreed otherwise), we will conduct an inspection and collect any feedback from you.

- We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your costs in the event that you can not complete your trip due to illness etc. or to cover any ferry or campsite bookings you have made in the unlikely event that we have to cancel.
